Returns & Exchanges

At Titas Footwear, we want you to step out in confidence; if your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Titas Footwear box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the shoes, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
